Circles Of Confusion (Poetry)

21st April 2013
Grown faint in their focus —
small light cones diffused
to blurred coloured circles —
all content confused
with haloes aglowing —
their fantasy’s gift
a dream-world half-showing —
the eye’s swimming shift
to a gauzy impression —
soft bubbles seem strayed
like ghosts into picture —
near-melting away.
